Blast. Coat. Cure. Inspect.

Same path every time. No mystery steps. No extra theater. One plant in Allenton. Freight both ways when the part needs a truck.

Grit blast to a clean, keyed surface. Oil, rust, and old film come off. The metal is ready to hold coating.

Spray or powder. Thickness to the spec. Coverage into corners, flights, and cutouts, not just the pretty face.

Oven cure. The film locks down. Heat-seal bars and food parts leave with a finished, bonded skin.

Look. Measure. Check holidays and edges. Then it ships. Large parts can go freight both ways.

How a quote works

You do not need a formal packet. You need enough for the shop to see the job.

Name, photo, metal, size, temperature, and the problem: release, wear, dry lube, chemical, or heat.

Does it fit the plant. Which film. Any mask or plug work. Whether freight is in the quote.

A film and a price. Or a no, with a reason. You talk to the people who will run the work.
