Coatings
Owner-shop chemistry.
J&C runs its own high-release fluoropolymer films. They outperform the old name-brand nonstick shops used to hang their hat on. Not a licensed consumer brand. Built for the part, not a logo on the can.
Taxonomy
Four jobs. Four film families.
We talk in the problem the part has. Then we pick a resin. PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE when the duty calls for them. Dry-film and powder when they fit.
Product lets go
Cheese wheels. Seal-bar film. Glue in a catch pan. Non-stick fluoropolymer so the line stays up.
Release pageMotion without grease
Sliding parts that cannot run oil. Less pick-up. Less galling. Consistent motion.
Dry lube pageA harder working surface
Films chosen for abrasion and repeat contact. A working skin on the metal.
Wear pageStay put in a hot process
Splash, solvent, oven heat. Spec the resin to the duty, not a consumer label.

Resins we run
Fluoropolymer. Powder. Dry-film.
PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE. High-release and dry-lube systems mixed for the job. Powder coat when the part needs a tougher color-matched shell. Grit blast first so the film has something to hold.
We do not hang licensed consumer brand names on the work. The film is ours. The result is on the part.

How a job runs
Blast. Coat. Cure. Inspect.
Same path every time. The process page has the shop story and how a quote works.

Send the part. We will tell you if we coat it.
Name, photo, or a short description is enough to start. Call if the part is already on a truck.
