What it does
The job on the metal.
A full provolone wheel has to leave the mold. Film on a seal bar has to release instead of bake on. Glue and plastic in a catch pan have to dump. That is the job.
We run our own high-release films. They outperform the old name-brand nonstick shops used to hang their hat on. Built for production parts, not cookware branding.

What we see.
Cheese molds and dairy tooling. Augers and food-contact flights. Heat-seal bars, plates, and knives. Sparkle-black catch pans for sticky process waste. Pans. Not bins.
Also printing and industrial parts that pick up product and have to shed it on every cycle.

PTFE, PFA, FEP, and ETFE when the duty calls for a fluoropolymer skin. Thickness and resin follow the temperature, the product, and how the part is cleaned.
